When do you print the cards?
We print and send your order the next working day after payment.
How do you send the cards to me?
Your cards are enclosed in a heavy piece of card, folded over so it is difficult to feel the contents.
We post all orders via regular, untracked mail for security reasons.
Our envelopes are white, standard DL envelopes, with a UK return address printed in the top left.
There is nothing else printed on the envelope except for your address.
Every envelope is sealed with adhesive tape for security.
How long does it take to get the cards?
We print your cards the next working day after payment.
Delivery times are as follows :
To the UK : 5 days
To Europe : 7 days
To Rest of World : 7 to 15 days
What happens if I don’t get my order?
If you don’t receive your order, it has either been lost or returned to us.
If it is lost, we will check the address with you and resend.
If it is returned to us, we will contact you to confirm the address.

Can I track my order?
We do not send orders with tracking numbers for security and cost reasons.
